By downloading and using the Incased app, you agree to be bound by our User Agreement. This agreement outlines your rights, responsibilities, and the terms of service governing your use of the app. It is important to read and understand this agreement before using the application.

To utilize the full features of Incased, you will need to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.

Incased allows you to record and store videos for your loved ones. These videos will be securely stored on our servers, ensuring their preservation until they are accessed by the designated recipients. You may choose to terminate your Incased account at any time. Upon termination, your recorded videos and associated data will be permanently deleted from our servers unless explicitly specified otherwise by applicable local estate rules.

While Incased strives to provide a reliable and secure service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the app or the preservation of recorded videos in all circumstances. We shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use or inability to use the app or the storage and delivery of recorded videos.

Incased reserves the right to modify these terms and structure at any time. We will notify you of any material changes through the app or via other means. Continued use of the app after such modifications constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.

If you have a basic account and choose to cancel your account or if you have a premium account and fail to make payments on your subscription, please note that your recorded videos and associated data will be permanently deleted from our servers. It is important to ensure timely payment and adherence to the terms of your subscription to avoid loss of content. We strongly recommend backing up your videos and data independently to prevent any unintended loss.

Welcome to Incased! We offer a flexible subscription model to best suit your needs. New users can start with a free 7-day trial, which includes up to 5 minutes of video storage at no cost. After the trial period, users will automatically transition to our Basic Plan unless they cancel or select a different subscription tier. Each plan is designed to meet different storage needs, and all subscriptions renew monthly.

• Features: Access to the app’s full features, including up to 5 minutes of stored video time.

Note: At the end of the free trial, users will automatically be enrolled in the Basic Plan at $1.99 per month unless they choose a different plan or cancel their subscription before the trial ends.

   • Price: $1.99 per month
   • Video Storage Limit: Up to 3 minutes of stored video
   • Ideal For: Occasional use and shorter video storage needs.
2. Standard Plan
   • Price: $3.99 per month
   • Video Storage Limit: Up to 9 minutes of stored video
   • Ideal For: Users who need a moderate amount of video storage for more frequent use.
3. Premium Plan
   • Price: $9.99 per month
   • Video Storage Limit: Up to 30 minutes of stored video
   • Ideal For: Power users who require extensive video storage.

• Free Trial: The free 7-day trial begins on the day of initial registration. After 7 days, users will be automatically enrolled in the Basic Plan at $1.99/month unless they select a different plan or cancel their subscription.
• Auto-Renewal: All subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis. Charges will be billed to your Apple or Google account at the end of each billing period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Plan Changes: You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
• Cancellation: Subscriptions can be canceled through your Apple or Google account settings. No refunds will be given for the unused portion of the current billing period.
